Office Work Afflictions and Conditions

Conventional wisdom holds that office work is easier and less stressful than blue-collar work. Millions of office workers can rightfully beg to differ.

Headaches, stiff necks, pain between the shoulder blades, low-back pain, tight hamstrings, sore feet, and a host of other aches and pains are the price we office workers pay for our productive hours at our desks. And unfortunately these physical woes are just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, overwork, fatigue, stress, and anxiety may be even more harmful in the long run.
