Neck Pain

Peering into a computer screen all day can pull your head forward, shortening the muscles on the front of your neck and straining the muscles in back. Combine this posture with the stress that most office rats endure, and it's no surprise that so many of us have neck pain. Luckily, there are a number of exercises, postural changes, and other measures we can take to reduce neck pain.
