Low Back Pain

Desk posture puts many different strains on the low back, shortening the muscles that flex the hip, straining the muscles that extend the back, and permitting laxity in many of the important abdominal core muscles. Fortunately, there are a number of exercises you can do and postural changes you can make to reduce your low-back pain.
