Headache/Migraine

Headaches can result from muscle tension due to poor posture or an injury, psychological stress, or a number of medical conditions. If your headache is caused by muscle tension or stress, there are a number of self-care measures you can take. Headaches can also be symptoms of more serious conditions, so if your headache is persistent or otherwise troubling, see your doctor.
