Anxiety

It's not surprising that we office rats sometimes feel anxiety, apprehension, worry, or even fear and panic. Whether it's economic uncertainty, performance demands, lack of control over our work environment, dread of a looming deadline, a perpetually full "in" box, or some other concern, it looks like anxiety in the workplace will be around for a while.
